On January 31 2019,　Dufry and Airport International Group (AIG) inaugurated the retailer's new arrivals Duty Free shop at Amman Queen Alia International Airport. The 700-m2 store offers more than 5,000 items across food, drinks, beauty, accessories and jewelry.

The design of the arrivals store incorporates large format digital screens to allow a more "engaging and immersive experience".

Together with the new departures Duty Free store the tax free shops will set a new standard regionally.​
