Once a complaint is submitted through the comment boxes, an email is sent to the address mentioned on the comment card. Please note that only a duly completed comment card will be answered.
The airport has a variety of accessible services and facilities for travelers with disabilities. There are accessible elevators and escalators in the airport terminal and designated parking spaces. Elevators have Braille signage and raised numbers. Accessible restrooms are to be found throughout the airport.
There are food and beverage (F&B) areas for both passengers and visitors. For passengers, there is an F&B area on the Departures level after the Duty Free area. For visitors, the F&B venues are located in the Departures floor drop-off area and the ground floor Arrivals area.
There are long-term and short-term car parks. The long-term car park accommodates up to 900 car parking spaces and is guarded 24/7 by security staff and CCTV cameras. Friends and family collecting or dropping off travelers are encouraged to use the short-term parking area to prevent congestion on the curbside.
